I decided to create a little series about how to crochet cables, breaking up the more complicated pattern into a series of hats showcasing the various different skills needed to craft a more tricky hat. The end result of following this series will give you 5 gorgeous hats and the confidence to try some more complex cabling patterns!
This weeks hat is the Conkers Descent hat, inspired by watching the conkers fall out of the horse chestnut tree! Incidentally, on hit my friend over the head and we all fell about laughing! This hat pattern will enable you to develop your front post treble crochet skills and learn how to work them diagonally too! The pattern is available in baby, child and grown up sizes
